You may also take part in video consultations as part of an MDChronic Program if you are an MDChronic Member, and you understand and consent to us recording these consultations for training purposes.

Information You Provide through MDChronic-Supplied Devices

If you are an MDChronic Member, we may allow you to communicate with us on the MDChronic Programs by providing you with digital tools that help you monitor changes in your fitness or health. The device often provides us and the relevant MDChronic Program with the information automatically.

We specifically disclaim all liability and responsibility for how others may use any information, including personal information, that you or on your behalf disclose to third parties on your MDChronic member profile page, to groups, or to other publicly visible aspects of the services, such as message services, discussion boards, chat rooms, or other groups mentioned above.

If you are an MDChronic Member, you can examine and, in certain cases, alter the information about you that is listed below through the MDChronic Program. As the services change, this list might also.
